Shared it because I think this reply of mine might help those students who msgs me about their failure and how to cope with those stress issues and who are at present, at the adjacent side of their success/goals and felt depressed/confused at some point of their preparation phase.

My father gave me this and said read it once and start your day and increase your score with these 30pages of life lessons❤️

Sometimes, the content of a book might not be that motivating but the person who is giving you that book, matters the most & motivates you the most!

 I don't know why, but sometimes lying on my bed & watching the fan like this gives me a kind of relaxation therapy and answers to most of my silly questions/doubts😝





As if the fan is listening to my words, like a good friend 😇

However I believe that we should talk to ourselves once in a day, bahut kuch samaj aa jati hain about How What Why When!!!
It tells us more than we realize...

The Mindset!

Our mind is like a flower garden...If no good seeds are sown, then nothing good or beautiful will grow in our mind!






We all are going through tough preparation phase where often we feel empty, confused and sad. But think it in a other way, if we think only about our problems and negative thoughts then our mind will search for negative excuses only...so provide your brain some positive thoughts by thinking about those good days of your life & then our brain will automatically react in a positive way....we should make love to our mind/brain for that 😊

Because Mindset is the thing which we need the most in this phase of our journey!


Nature doesn't hurry yet everything is accomplished! And likewise our preparation & mindset should be.
.
Apni padhai achese samjhte hue karte rahe,to ekdin jarur mukaam taq pahoch jayenge agar journey me apni sachhai wali shiddat rahi to.
Bas rukna nahi hai, stress lena nahi hain!
Hume bas chalte jana hain⏳


Sometimes, all we need is to move on ourselves from the path of doubts & insecurities towards positivity & confidence!

There is strength hidden within us. The problems we face in our life/preparation phase are temporary, its like a little cloud coming over the sun, but the sun is still there and it will shine again & the cloud will go away~ Bhagavad Gita

It's okay to have some breaks!

There are somedays when I know I have to study but still, I can't start. And at the end of the day, I feel sad with a pinch of guilty. But at the same time I encourage myself by saying-- its okay, you too deserve an unexpected or unplanned break sometimes. With this thought I motivate myself for the next day to get back on track again.






Its okay to have such breaks sometime, but this unplanned breaks actually don't gives us true relaxation, it actually always comes up with a feeling of guilt of not studying the whole day & wasting the time.
.
I think that's the beauty of this preparation where we take a break but mentally we are on duty with those books/syllabus, it can be called as a kind of UPSC feel🌝🌚



Sometime we ignore our health due to our studies, by thinking ki.." us time pe aur do chapter extra padh lenge".
.
But its a mistake because if we ignore our health/workout at that point of time.. then, at the end we will lose a week of our studies.
.
Isliye bhalei ek chapter kam padhe but roj jarur kuch minutes apne health and sirf apne liye deni chahiye(hobbies or anything we like). Because at the end of the day, its only us and our mind which matters for our own wellbeing

Control Your Mind!

Often we fail to control our mind from the surrounding as well as from our own internal chaos.

What will happen, what I did wrong in my preparation, what I'm doing, Am I doing right or wrong, should I give my attempt or not, can I complete the syllabus or not and many more...
There are days in a week or in a month where we know we have to study but we can't study, we know how important is upsc for us but still we can't concentrate. Right?


An Aspirant!



But we are not making any mistake by thinking all this stuffs because it is a part of this preparation journey.
The mistake we make is, having a feeling of guilt of those days when we don't or unable to study. And with that feeling of guilt we eventually loose our confidence which leads to a slower/lazy mode of us in our preparation further.

Its hard to ignore all this things and make ourselves a perfect student at this stage, where we are at the adjacent side of success, but still we can try by controlling our thoughts, our mind. We can hope for a better version of us from tomorrow.
Since Hope Sustains a Life :)



Mayur Pankh💚 It is something which gives me goodvibes.
Our mind is like a Mayur Pankh (Peacock Feather), having different colours in it. Just we need to understand the importance of each colour and utilize it accordingly. Because every colour is not meant for everything & everything is not meant for every colour🤹
